We operate an online marketplace platform that enables independent third-party creators (“Creators”) to list and sell automation products and related digital goods to customers (“Customers”).

We act solely as an intermediary platform provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering legally binding contracts to use the platform.

Marketplace Role

We provide a marketplace platform only.

Unless explicitly stated:

• we do not create, develop, own, test, endorse, warrant, or certify creator-listed products;
• we are not a party to contracts between Creators and Customers;
• purchases are made from the Creator, not from us.

Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability of the platform and reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the platform unlawfully;
• misuse the platform;
• interfere with platform security;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• use the platform for spam, fraud, harassment, scraping, or malicious conduct.

Suspension / Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including where we believe there is:

• breach of these Terms;
• illegal activity;
• risk to users or the platform;
• misuse or abuse.

No Warranty

The platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages;
• our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing excludes liability where unlawful.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the platform;
• your breach of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law.

Changes

We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
